These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

2. About Maison Noor

Maison Noor is a globally curated design house trading as The Maison Noor, operating from the UAE. We curate and sell collectible luxury home décor, architectural mirrors, and statement objects — sourced through artisan partnerships worldwide.

3. Products & Availability

All products on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prepared on Order. Most pieces are prepared to order and not held in warehouse stock. Lead times are indicated on product pages. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated lead time.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, using indicative exchange rates. Final charges are processed in the store's base currency (AED) by Shopify Payments. Minor discrepancies due to currency fluctuation do not constitute grounds for a price adjustment.

4. Orders & Payment

An order placed on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store payment card details.

Order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.

5. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for duty estimates before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, product descriptions, the Maison Noor name, logo, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Maison Noor or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
