Shipping Policy

Prepared on Order

Every Maison Noor object is prepared on order. This reflects our commitment to craftsmanship: each piece is produced, inspected, and packaged with care before it makes its journey to your home.

Please allow 4–8 weeks for production and preparation before dispatch. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to ship and again when it has been despatched.

Transit times are from date of dispatch and are estimates only. Delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure are outside our control.

White-Glove Delivery (UAE)

For deliveries within the UAE, we offer white-glove service: your object will be delivered by appointment, unwrapped with care, and positioned in your chosen space. Our team will remove all packaging.

Contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order to schedule your delivery window. We deliver Saturday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM GST.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the dimensions of your order. For particularly large or fragile pieces, a specialist art-shipping quote may be required — our concierge will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

We periodically offer complimentary shipping within certain regions. Any applicable offer will be reflected at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Maison Noor at checkout.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority to understand potential charges before placing an order. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare values on customs documentation.

Packaging

Every object is packaged with archival-quality materials, custom foam padding, and double-walled crating where required. We take the same care with the outside of the box as with the object inside it.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For white-glove UAE deliveries, your concierge will coordinate directly with you.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at business@themaisonnoor.com with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution as swiftly as possible.
